Background of the Stamford Chapter
Founded in 1993, 100 Black Men of Stamford, Inc. is a non-profit, community action organization pf successful men committed to improving the economic and educational conditions for African Americans and others in need. Our actions are grounded in precepts of respect for family, sprituality, justice, loyalty, honesty and integrity as key ingredients for achieving success.
As the local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Ga, we are are an organization of executives who volunteer our time and resources to offer positive influences on the lives of youth in Fairfield Country. Our organization focuses on five areas of service, which include mentoring, education, health & wellness, economic and leadership development.
